We believe in delivering on our promises, therefore, we will not make empty claims such as a life time warranty. If you encounter any issues with your windows within 20 years from the date of install, such as broken glass seals, window operating cranks, or frame warping, simply contact us for prompt repairs at no additional cost to you.

2 – Do your windows come with bug screens?

Yes! All of our operating windows come with a fiberglass-mesh screen. The bug screen is designed for easy use and can be detached from the windows for convenient cleaning. The frame of the bug screens is made from aluminum, ensuring exceptional rigidity and durability.

3 – What is the difference between brick-to-brick window replacement and retrofit replacement?

Brick to brick also known as full-frame replacement, involves removing the entire window or door unit, including the frame, trim, and casing, down to the original rough opening in the wall. This meticulous approach ensures a seamless fit and addresses any underlying issues such as water damage or rot.
